2. What data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, company name, email address, and the message you provide. We do not require account creation and do not collect payment data on this site.

If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Why we process it

To respond to quote requests and enquiries (contract / pre-contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To improve this website and understand how it's used, where you've given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To meet legal and accounting obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf. Analytics data, where you've consented, is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards for follow-up, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default settings (currently 14 months).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
